Victor Giourgas

Victor Giourgas has been with Hicks Adams LLP since his articles in 1998 and was admitted to the partnership in 2003. He practices at both the trial and appellate levels and has extensive experience defending a broad range of charges including impaired driving, sexual assaults, drug charges, and serious property crimes and crimes of violence. Victor has appeared numerous times before the Court of Appeal for Ontario and has also appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada. Over the years, Victor has conducted numerous jury trials in the Superior Court of Justice with much success and recently, in the case of R. v. K.P., obtained a complete acquittal for a client charged with first degree murder.
