Salma Jaffer

Ms. Jaffer is has been an associate with the firm since her call to the Ontario bar in 2003. She graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School with her Bachelor of Laws Degree in 2002, after having earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts Combined Specialist Degree in English and Philosophy from the University of Toronto in 1999. Currently she is a member of the Criminal Lawyer's Association. Ms. Jaffer's commitment to social justice and her passion for advocacy have brought her quite fittingly to the practice of criminal law. Her clients range from those charged with drug offences and property offences such as theft or fraud, to those charged with serious crimes of violence including assault, sexual assault, robbery and murder. Ms. Jaffer's client-centered approach to casework has brought her success in both the Provincial Court of Justice before judges in various parts of the province, as well as before juries in the Superior Court of Justice.
